Vortex Tracker II v1.0b6 Released :: raww.org

Sergey has been hard at work making improvements and fixes to Vortex Tracker II, the PC-based ZX tracker editing software. As I've mentioned before, I really can't comment much on this application due to my somewhat limited musical talents. Suffice to say, if you use it you'd do well to update to v1.0 beta 6 sometime soon. Of interest to several people will be news that the ZX PT3 player by Alone Coder alledgendly contains a bug relating to the calculation of portamento (it's a music thing).
Details of the changes are...

Additional two chars from STC-header can be added to Module Title now. This trick was used by Agent-X very often.
STC, FLS and PT1 import is improved: ornaments loop parameters are calculated better.
Save button was not enabled when changing module's Options. Fixed.
Found error in ZX Spectrum PT3 player by Alone Coder: sign for 3xxx command (portamento) is got from module (precalculated). It is not possible to calculate portamento sign at save (copmilation) time rightly in all cases, only during playing. So, PT3 saving now is improved, and ZX players play it better. To fix this problem at all, we need fixing of ZX PT3 player by Alone Coder (aka Dima Bystrov).
Windows Clipboard support: added copy/cut/paste selected area of pattern.
Some hot keys in pattern editor are changed to avoid conflicts with standard key combinations for work with Windows clipboard.
