BMP2SCR PRO 2.01 released

Yes, this means exactly what I wrote. There are again some bugfixes and improvements. Example: Big pictures can be scrolled not only with the cursor icons, but also directly with mouse. And a new conversion mode is added: Grey scale SCR.

BMP2SCR EXP will be fully Windows XP or better (Win 95/98/98SE/2K) compatible, and have more conversion modes again. The SCR, MLT and FLI modes are finished now, lace modes and GUI are in progress.
