Spectaculator 5.0 Released :: raww.org :: zx spectrum demoscene news

As the headline says, there's a new version of Spectaculator available for download should you feel the urge. Considering the last time the site was updated (according to my records) version 4.1 was just being previewed, this is quite a big step-up. And the list of new features is quite impressive too.

I won't go into the full detail - I wouldn't want to steal anyone's thunder. But here's a list of the major "stuff" that's gone on to bring this emulator up to version 5.0:

Spectrum +3 emulation - full implementation with 2 drives

Interface 1 enhancements - includes RS232 emulation via your PC's com-port

Cassette Recorder enhancements

New "Enable writes to Multiface ROM" option

Added a "Generate NMI" option

Very nice. Better go click-click on the download.
