Introduction:
raww.orgy is a small party held in the
South West of England, in the town of
Yeovil. The party is dedicated to bringing
out the best in the three demoscene fields
(coding, music, graphics) on the humble ZX
Spectrum. Actually, the party is more a
reason for UK ZX Sceners to meet up and
drink some beer.

Date and Location:
The party is taking place from the 5th to
the 7th of February 2010, in the home of
icabod (the party organiser), in his home
town of Yeovil, UK. If you're planning to
visit the party you may want to contact
him to find out the actual address - he's
moved since the previous parties.

Accommodation:
Sleeping space will be provided of the
"on-the-floor" variety, although there is
a spare bed, and some mattresses. Space
is limited, so please contact the
organiser (icabod) if you're thinking of
turning up.
The house is non-smoking, but there is a
back garden with seating.
Show respect for the party-place, and the
organiser won't throw you head-first into
the nappy bin.
|
Competitions:
The competitions are the same as those in
the previous years. Some things to note:

256b Intro:
Intros will be run on a grey-case +2,
the "standard" ZX Spectrum. Please bear
this in mind when you're coding.

3-channel AY Music:
Sorry, but I don't have TurboSound, so
you will need to stick with 3 channels.

screen$:
Entries should be either 6912 or 13824
byte screens. Gigascreen is acceptable,
but nothing that uses any clever custom
display routines.

The official deadline for entries will be
midnight on Friday. Anything recieved
after this time may not be a part of the
competition - but the organisers will do
their best to check for late arrivals.
