Rules for Spectrum sections of CC01

 + 512b intro     - up to 512 bytes of code, maximum 1 minute to show. AY
                    (if possible). One entry per author, up to two entries
                    per group. Only 15 entries will be shown in this
                    competition.

 + 4Kb intro      - up to 4096 bytes of code, maximum 3 minutes to show. AY.
                    One entry per author, up to two entries per group. Only
                    10 entries will be shown in this competition.

                  ! All intros will be started from BestView shell, no Basic
                    loaders will be used. Do not forget to set stack pointer
                    to needed address and do not forget to change border
                    colour and screen attributes.

                  ! You may reckon on subroutines and data of Pentagon 128k
                    ROM set.

                  ! All intros MUST return to Basic 48k.

                  ! Basic loaders will be great to have (to be spread after
                    party).

 + 640Kb demo     - DD diskette, must be able to be converted into TRD format,
                    maximum 15 minutes to show. One entry per group. Only 15
                    entries in this competition will be shown.

                  ! Warning:
                    Demo(intro) must work correctly on standard Pentagon 128k
                    without add-ons. Demo may detect and use GS (General Sound),
                    SD (SounDrive), GMX, Turbo mode, additional memory (up to
                    512k) following Pentagon's standard, _BUT_...

                  ! WARNING! During competition entries will be shown on standard
                    Pentagon 128k without add-ons. But after collecting votelists
                    entries might be shown using all special add-ons, etc (if
                    technically possible).

                  ! If an author wants, his entry might be shown in "Wild Compo"
                    (but in this case entry have to pass preselect again).

                  ! Demo _must_ work on standard Scorpion (should not reset or
                    hang on).

                  ! A .tap version is a MUST for our Western friends (so, if your
                    demo need to load some data during show - stop demo, load data
                    and resume demo show).

                  ! If your demo uses non standard track interleave, you must
                    inform preselection committee and supply all necessary
                    utilities to modify disk format.

 + Graphics       - standard speccy screen 6912 bytes.
                    One entry per author, only 30 entries will be shown. Entry
                    _must_ be original!

                  ! Attention, pictures may not contain logos or team/author
                    names.

                  ! If an author wants, he can also supply entry with added
                    logos or team/author name. It will be spread in postparty
                    entries collection.

                  ! Only handdrawn entries allowed! This mean that only
                    entries drawn on (for) Speccy will pass preselection.
                    Author must bring some unfinished phases of his entry
                    in case preselection committee ask him for it.

 + AY-Music       - _compiled_ to #C000 address modules, 3 minutes to play
                    entry.

                    One entry per author. Only 20 entries will be played.

                    Entry must be original.

                   ! Attention, entry must be correctly played in BestView
                     _or_ in a player which must be given to preselection
                     committee _before_ party.

                   ! Music module should not fall into endless loop!

                   ! Preselection committee will kick away all remixes.
                     Original module has more chance to pass preselection.

You may bring your entry directly to the party, but do not expect any
guarantees to see it in the competition then! Especially this is applied
to graphics and music.
