Akton Films
Posted By: icabod, Thursday, June 15, 2006 - 11:59 AM
I'm sure we've all sat around watching Film 2006 with Jonathon Ross (or whatever the international equivalent is) thinking "You know... if I made films, I'd make one about what life would be like if all of Sir Clive's inventions were successful." None of us ever bothers of course. That would be madness.
It seems, tho', that someone has bothered. Akton Films (not located in Acton, UK I guess, partly due to the use of Spanish or something on the website) has released a trailer for it's first untitled project, a "mixture of science-fiction and 8 bits computers". The trailer, coming in at 11Mb for it's 1-minute length, features pictures of Clive with his various inventions. It's... intriguing. Worth keeping an eye on the site for further updates.
